We take great care in packaging your custom acrylic signage and event stationery to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Our shipping costs for orders below $100 are calculated at checkout. We aim to deliver your order within 5-7 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your custom acrylic signage and event stationery from The Custom Sign Co. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
